Terms of Service

Terms governing the use of QuickNG mobile applications, data integrity standards, and CGD privacy commitments.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using QuickNG, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the application or services provided by Enrovix AI.

2. Nature of the Service

QuickNG provides real-time CNG station discovery, queue estimates, and routing guidance based on passive location signals, station geometry, and historical patterns. Estimates are indicative and designed to help drivers plan better travel stops.

3. Prohibited Conduct: Data Manipulation & Fake Ingestion

Users must not attempt to manipulate, alter, or inject fraudulent data into the QuickNG platform. Prohibited actions include:

  • Submitting fake queue reports, false wait times, or artificial station metrics.
  • Using automated scripts, bots, or GPS location spoofing software to fake station visits.
  • Interfering with or attempting to bypass QuickNG anomaly detection systems.

Permanent Account Ban Enforcement: QuickNG algorithms continuously monitor data integrity. Accounts detected engaged in data spoofing, fake ingestion, or queue tampering will be flagged immediately and permanently banned without prior notice.

4. Respect for CGD Company Privacy & Intellectual Property

Enrovix AI deeply respects the business privacy, trademarks, and operational boundaries of City Gas Distribution (CGD) networks across Gujarat and India (including Gujarat Gas, Adani Total Gas, Vadodara Gas, IRM Energy, Charotar Gas, Mahanagar Gas, Indraprastha Gas, Torrent Gas, etc.).

  • QuickNG is an independent mobility assistant and does not access, compromise, or tamper with proprietary CGD corporate systems.
  • All CNG station names, logos, and network references belong to their respective corporate owners. QuickNG is an independent traffic and queue analytics service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any CGD operator.
  • Queue wait times and operational statuses are estimations generated from crowd-sourced telemetry and statistical algorithms. QuickNG does not guarantee real-time operational availability.
  • No sale of personal data: QuickNG does not sell personal information or use it for cross-app advertising tracking. Providers process information needed for sign-in, notifications, hosting and maps, as described in our privacy policy.
  • Strict Corporate Data Isolation (No Cross-Company Data Sales): QuickNG enforces strict data isolation between corporate operators. We do not sell or transfer competitor intelligence or cross-company station telemetry (e.g. we will never sell IRM Energy telemetry to Adani Total Gas, or vice versa). Any analytics provided to a CGD company are strictly limited to their own operating network, or delivered as anonymized, aggregated city queue density metrics with zero personal identifiers.

5. Prohibition on Reverse Engineering, Code Theft & Digital Fingerprints

All source code, mobile client binaries, backend queue estimation algorithms, geometric tracking models, API schemas, and mathematical algorithms underlying QuickNG are the exclusive intellectual property of Enrovix AI.

  • Strict Reverse Engineering Ban: Decompiling, disassembling, reverse-engineering, scraping, extracting, or attempting to derive the source code or underlying structure of QuickNG is strictly prohibited.
  • Prohibition on Derivative Applications: No individual, developer, or corporate entity may copy, clone, build, or deploy derivative applications, competing services, or software products built upon QuickNG's source code, algorithms, or API endpoints.
  • Proprietary Digital Fingerprints & Code Watermarking: Enrovix AI embeds proprietary digital fingerprints, steganographic code markers, unique mathematical constants, and cryptographic telemetry signatures throughout all mobile, web, and backend codebases. These embedded fingerprints serve as conclusive forensic proof of source code origin.
  • Prohibition on Confusingly Similar Names, Typosquatting & Unfair Competition: As the prior creator and developer of QuickNG, Enrovix AI holds common-law brand rights and prior-user protections. Launching, distributing, or marketing competing applications, services, or domain names using confusingly similar brand names, typosquatted variations, or deceptive phonetic imitations (such as FastNG, Quick-NG, QuickCNG, FastCNG, or deceptive variants intended to piggyback on QuickNG's brand goodwill) constitutes unlawful passing off, brand impersonation, and unfair competition under Indian law. Enrovix AI actively monitors app stores and domain registries and will aggressively pursue full legal remedies, including immediate App Store / Play Store takedown notices (DMCA / Impersonation Policy), domain seizures (WIPO/INDRP), court injunctions, and full recovery of financial damages against any infringing party.
  • Legal Action & Statutory Prosecution: Any party detected reverse-engineering, cloning, building derivative applications, or practicing deceptive brand imitation using QuickNG's fingerprinted code or proprietary algorithms will face immediate civil litigation, copyright infringement lawsuits, common-law passing off actions, statutory damages, and criminal prosecution under the Indian Copyright Act 1957, Information Technology Act 2000, and international intellectual property treaties.

6. Third-Party Infrastructure, APIs & Ola Maps Disclaimer

QuickNG relies on third-party cloud hosting providers, third-party APIs, and external mapping services (including Ola Maps) to power its application features and map interfaces.

QuickNG remains responsible for how its app shares data, limiting sharing to the service purpose. Providers also process information under applicable terms and privacy policies. QuickNG does not authorise its integrations to use your data for unrelated advertising or data sales.

6. Disclaimers, Cyberattacks & Limitations of Liability

QuickNG is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuickNG and Enrovix AI are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

Cybersecurity & Third-Party Security Incidents: Enrovix AI implements industry-standard encryption, firewalls, and security protections to safeguard system integrity and user data. However, no internet-connected platform or electronic storage system is 100% immune to malicious security breaches. In the event of a cyberattack, hacker intrusion, data breach, or zero-day vulnerability beyond our reasonable control, QuickNG will make every commercially reasonable effort to contain the breach, protect user data, and notify affected users. QuickNG and Enrovix AI do not warrant absolute immunity against unauthorized third-party intrusions and shall not be held liable for losses or data compromises resulting from cyberattacks or force majeure events.

6. Termination & Access Suspension

You may stop using QuickNG at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate access if these terms are violated or if account activity compromises service integrity.

7. Road Safety & Driver Non-Interaction Policy

Drivers must strictly obey all traffic laws, speed limits, and road safety regulations. Users must not operate or interact with the QuickNG mobile application while actively operating a motor vehicle. Navigation routes and station queries should be configured prior to driving, or operated by a vehicle passenger or hands-free voice guidance. QuickNG and Enrovix AI accept zero liability for traffic violations, fines, vehicle collisions, personal injuries, or property damage resulting from driver distraction.

QuickNG and Enrovix AI cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies and judicial authorities. We may disclose user location telemetry or account information when required by valid court order, search warrant, subpoena, or statutory mandate under Indian law.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with QuickNG shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located at Vadodara, Gujarat, India.

10. Force Majeure, Wartime Disruptions & National Emergencies

QuickNG and Enrovix AI accept zero liability for service unavailability, telemetry inaccuracy, application outages, or station data discrepancies caused by events beyond our control, including:

  • Armed Conflict, War & Civil Unrest: Declarations of war, military hostilities, acts of terrorism, riots, or national defense emergencies.
  • GPS Jamming & Satellite Signal Degradation: Deliberate military GPS/GNSS signal jamming, satellite spoofing, or location signal degradation imposed by defense or civil aviation authorities.
  • Government Fuel Rationing & Pipeline Orders: Government directives restricting CNG sales, emergency fuel allocation, or requisitioning of gas infrastructure for essential defense/emergency fleets.
  • Infrastructure & Internet Blackouts: Government-mandated internet shutdowns, cellular network blackouts, or power grid failures.
