1. Data We Process
QuickNG processes the following information when you use the app or related services:
- Account ID, name, email, provider and status; city and vehicle details, plus an optional verified phone or registration number if supplied.
- App installation identifier, device platform and app version.
- CNG station identifiers and public station information.
- Station identifiers and submission timestamps for your manual reports; historical visit records collected by previous app versions may remain under the retention policy.
- Precise GPS location, accuracy and timestamps for nearby stations, trips and location-verified manual reports.
- Manual wait-time answers, optional vehicle counts, and the resulting station estimate and confidence level.
2. Location Use & Arrival Reminders
Android: Location while using the app supports nearby stations, trips and fresh presence checks when you submit a manual report. If you opt in to arrival reminders, Android geofencing uses background location to trigger a local notification near a CNG station. QuickNG does not continuously track visits or upload background location samples for queue measurement. Separately, the station bell enables optional spoken approach alerts for up to two selected pumps, using 1 km on-device regions and bundled Hindi or English audio (Gujarati uses Hindi speech). These alerts do not send location to QuickNG. Turn each voice reminder off with its station bell; notification sound and device settings apply.
Android permissions: Arrival reminders are optional and require background location and notification permission. You can turn them off in QuickNG or revoke either permission in device settings. Manual reports remain available with foreground location permission.
Android: Location upload boundaries: Arrival geofences are registered on the device. An arrival notification does not send a location or queue measurement to QuickNG. If you choose to submit a manual report, the app sends a fresh precise location, accuracy and timestamp with your answers to verify that you are at the station.
iPhone / iOS: Location is used while you use the app for nearby stations and trips. Manual reports send fresh precise location, accuracy and time with answers and account/installation identifiers to verify presence at the pump. With arrival reminders enabled and Always location permission, supported app versions use Apple region monitoring and brief on-device background location checks near a pump to confirm a stop of about 90 seconds before notifying you. A check ends when you leave, after confirmation, or after three minutes. Regional changes also use a brief location check to refresh nearby pumps. These checks do not record your journey, upload a location trail or automatically submit reports. Delivery depends on iOS permissions and system conditions. Turn reminders off in QuickNG Account. Maps and manually selecting a trip start address remain available without background location access.
Manual reports on both platforms: Wait time, vehicles ahead and optional queue/service/filling-point answers are linked to your account for proximity verification, duplicate prevention and abuse handling. Public station estimates do not display your name, email, phone or registration.
3. Zero Tolerance for Data Manipulation & Fake Ingestion
QuickNG validates estimates; observations and GPS readings may still be incomplete or inaccurate. We enforce a zero-tolerance policy against fake data ingestion, simulated queue reports, GPS spoofing, or telemetry tampering.
Algorithmic Anti-Tamper Shield: QuickNG employs automated anomaly detection algorithms that analyze spatial velocity, sensor consistency, and signal patterns. Suspicious submissions may be rejected or flagged for review. Confirmed abuse may result in restrictions under our terms.
4. CGD Operator & Corporate Privacy Commitment
QuickNG deeply respects the corporate privacy, intellectual property, and operational boundaries of City Gas Distribution (CGD) companies across Gujarat and India. QuickNG operates independently using non-intrusive, aggregated public telemetry.
- QuickNG does not access or alter proprietary CGD dispensing hardware, internal SCADA systems, or corporate databases.
- Station queue insights are derived purely from anonymized driver journey context to help public drivers navigate CNG lines safely.
- Strict Corporate Data Isolation (No Cross-Company Data Sales): QuickNG enforces strict data separation between operators. We do not sell or share competitor telemetry or operational data between rival CGD companies (e.g., we will never sell IRM Energy data to Adani Total Gas, or vice versa). Any operator insights are strictly isolated to their own network or provided as high-level, anonymized city-wide density metrics.
- No sale of personal data: QuickNG does not sell personal information or use it for cross-app advertising tracking. Providers process information needed for sign-in, notifications, hosting and maps, as described below.
- We respect station confidentiality and operational integrity across all networks.
5. AI Model Training & Anonymization Guarantee
Enrovix AI builds intelligence responsibly. We do not use personal user data, personal profiles, or individual identity metrics to train AI models.
Zero Personal Profiling: Any telemetry data used to train queue estimation or traffic prediction models is strictly anonymized. All personal labels (including user names, age, sex, email addresses, and account identifiers) are completely stripped out before machine learning processing.
6. Why Data Is Used
Data is used to show nearby stations, estimate waiting time, reject inaccurate GPS readings, reduce duplicate submissions, diagnose service quality and improve station coverage across Gujarat & India.
7. Data Retention Policy
Raw GPS samples are retained for a limited period, currently 14 days by default. Aggregated visit and wait-time records may be retained longer for historical queue analysis and service improvement.
8. Service Providers & Data Sharing
Information sent depends on the feature you use. Network providers may receive IP addresses and request metadata.
- Sign-in and notifications: Firebase processes identity, account and authentication data. Google or Apple processes sign-in when selected. Firebase Cloud Messaging and Apple Push Notification service process push tokens and delivery data. Phone authentication uses your number when you choose to add or verify it.
- Hosting and storage: QuickNG hosting and Supabase PostgreSQL store accounts, profiles, observations and operational logs, including locations sent by the features above. Access is restricted to authorised service roles and administration.
- Maps: Ola Maps receives location, destination, search text or route coordinates needed for maps, search and trips. OpenStreetMap/CARTO and configured tile providers receive map-area requests and IP/network metadata. Opening Google Maps sends selected destination and CNG stops under its own permissions and privacy policy. Your QuickNG profile is not sent merely to render a map.
QuickNG remains responsible for how its app shares data, limiting sharing to the service purpose. Providers also process information under applicable terms and privacy policies. QuickNG does not authorise its integrations to use your data for unrelated advertising or data sales.
9. Cybersecurity, Data Breaches & Cyberattack Disclaimer
Enrovix AI employs modern encryption standards, secure SSL connections, firewalls, and strict access controls to safeguard telemetry data. However, no internet system or digital network can guarantee 100% security against sophisticated malicious cyberattacks, zero-day exploits, or hacker intrusions. In the event of a security incident or cyberattack beyond our reasonable control, QuickNG will deploy emergency containment protocols, secure system infrastructure, and notify affected users in accordance with applicable laws. QuickNG and Enrovix AI do not guarantee absolute immunity against malicious third-party intrusions and are not liable for losses resulting from external cyberattacks.
10. Law Enforcement & Legal Process Disclosure
QuickNG and Enrovix AI may access, preserve, or disclose user information or location telemetry to law enforcement agencies, judicial courts, or authorized government bodies if strictly required by applicable law, valid subpoena, court order, search warrant, or official legal investigation under Indian law (including the Information Technology Act and DPDP Act 2023).
11. User Data Rights & Account Erasure
Delete inside the app from Account > Delete all user data or request deletion on our account-deletion page. Recent sign-in or Apple authorisation may be required for security. Account, profile, linked installations and authentication records are removed. Historical observations may remain after their account/device link is removed; aggregate station statistics may be retained. Help with access, correction or deletion: [email protected].
